Our team developed a comprehensive Flight Booking Management and Content Management System (CMS) for Austrian Airlines, enhancing their digital services. This project improved the online booking experience by providing access to a wider range of destinations and new travel services, offering customers greater flexibility and convenience.

The system also included a user-friendly “Manage Booking” feature, enabling passengers to easily change flights, select seats, and request additional services online.

Additionally, the integration of a mobile application allowed passengers to manage their trips on-the-go, receive real-time notifications, and access services like the Austrian Melangerie for in-flight purchases.
